I booked a private event with Algarve Food Experiences for my partner’s birthday and it was absolutely amazing! Gloria was attentive and helpful and made sure that everything was how I asked. I was quite nervous as I didn’t know what to expect but the whole experience was a memory that we will never forget! Matteo (who came to pick us up from our hotel/dropped us back off) was awesome. He was very polite and friendly. The farm that we went to in the Silves countryside was a farm that belongs to a man called Jose and it was so beautiful. Jose cooked us some DELICIOUS food. Seriously delicious. The peri-peri chicken wings were out of this world. And Gloria made us a pasta dish which was honestly the best spaghetti I have ever had! Safe to say that it is the best food we have had on our trip in Portugal and probably in our top 5 of the best meals we’ve had in our lifetime! Everything was authentic, fresh and crazily tasty. Big thank you to Gloria, Matteo, Jose and Lilliane. (apologies if we have spelt any names wrong). Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Portugal.
